Reed Overfelt — Chief Executive Officer
Reed Overfelt co-founded Microsoft’s channel hosting business, Microsoft Global Hosting, which currently generates $1 billion in revenue annually. Reed has held executive level roles for more than 15 years, including COO of Mural Ventures and General Manager of Microsoft’s Mid-Atlantic District — a $235M sales and marketing organization focused on small and medium enterprise customers. Most recently, Reed served as CEO of Mural Consulting, a global strategic consulting firm that helped 200+ software companies develop, launch, and market successful software as a service (SaaS) products. Reed currently serves on the Board of Advisors at his alma mater, the University of Montana, and is a former U.S. Presidential Management Intern.

Morris Miller — President and Co-Chairman
Morris Miller co-founded Rackspace Managed Hosting where he acted as President, Co-CEO and Co-Chairman. Morris was integral to building Rackspace’s client base, marketing initiatives, subsidiaries (including ServerBeach), and anything else the company needed to succeed. Today, Rackspace has more than 30,000 customers and boasts annual revenues that exceed $500 million. Morris’s previous startup company, Curtis Hill Publishing, was a legal publishing firm that was the first to publish Texas case law on CD-ROM. Morris has also held various positions at Matthews & Branscomb, which is now part of Cox, Smith & Matthews, San Antonio’s oldest and largest law firm. Morris is an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy, The University of Texas at Austin, and The Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Josh Tabin — Chief Financial Officer
Josh Tabin is former Vice President of Finance at Rackspace Managed Hosting, where he was responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the entire company — helping to grow the company from $30 million to over $500 million in annual revenues. Josh started his career at SBC (now AT&T), where he worked in several operational, sales, and financial roles at SBC’s corporate and subsidiary business units. Later, Josh became Chief Financial Officer for RigNet, a Houston startup that was recognized as a Houston Fast Tech 50 and a Fast 500 company. Prior to joining OptimizedNow, Josh led his own strategic financial advisory firm, Mosaic CFO, where he acted as a virtual-CFO, advising startups and mature companies on their financial strategy, corporate strategy, and assisting in raising seed and growth capital for business leaders.
